Curtis and his team from Timeless Appraisal Partners have done a wonderful job for one of our commercial developments located in Kirkland, WA. Their work was to appraise our large Multi-Unit development that included a gym, elevator, underground parking and retail space. It was a pretty hard job for an Appraisal company to come up with the right valuation for the development given the complexity of the project but also the fact that there was a lack of comparable projects in the nearby areas. Moreover they have done a great market analysis on the future projections of the rental units and also for the retail space. We are extremely happy with their services and would be delighted to recommend them to our other people.
